The hotel is very nice and staff at reception were able to assist us with all the queries we had, including booking a taxi for us. The room was spacious, very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I personally appreciated the body wash, shampoo and hand wash by Acqua dell'Elba provided in the bathroom which was a very luxurious touch. Bathroom was clean and spacious, and towels were changed every day. Breakfast offered an ample choice every morning, which included mini pancakes, bread, meats and cheese, cereal, yoghurts, cakes, juices, coffees and teas, etc. Plenty of channels offered on tv and the room also had a safe and a mini fridge. No noise could be heard from outside and in fact we slept very comfortably. Tea and coffee making facilities also provided in the room. Wifi was very good. Overall our stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

This hotel was in a good location as it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was also not far from the train station which was convenient. The room was clean, fairly updated and was a good size. It also had a balcony with table and chairs which unfortunately we didn't get to use due to some rainy weather. We would stay here again as the room was

Excellent location for excursions, nice coffee service with requested soy milk, staff very friendly & helpful, especially Martina; spacious room with plugs everywhere for charging devices, staff very helpful when our friends had unexpected late check-in; helpful tourist maps & weather info, enough hangars & lighted closet

Our stay at Hotel Embassy was fantastic, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. I had some of the best nights of my 2 weeks trip in this hotel. Beds were really confortable, the room service operated as soon as we were leaving the hotel. (It was always cleaned so). Free coffees/teas also offered in the room. The hotel was also very close from the city center, the air conditioning and the in room installation(s) very modern/convenient The included breakfast has a wide range (fruits, cereals, bacon/eggs, yogurt..) . A special thanks to the breakfast’s host Simona who was very nice with everyone, available for all the guests. Thanks for having us. Highly recommended.

A lot of space in the room and it was always sparkling clean! The hotel is very central and close to the train station and tram so easy to get to many places if needed. The included breakfast was superb. Many options to acommodate your palate and served at an ample time during the morning.

The hotel is near the train station, and everything is on 10 min walk.The hotel is great! Very clean. Must say thank you Martina, after a long travel she was so calming and her welcome make my day, she makes us drinks.Keep this gold girl, she is so profesinal, she help us about every question, where to go?what to do? Excursion, she make the reservation for us. Restorant?( make the reservation for us, even make 10% discount). The best representation of the hotel. BRAVO MARTINA!

Super comfortable bed, quiet and well located. Close to the train station and within an easy walk of all the attractions. Included breakfast was great - fruit, pastries, cereals, cheese, eggs etc. Helpful and friendly staff member at the front desk who provided a great lunch recommendation.

the rooms, for Italy were spacious and clean and very comfortable. In our two week tour of italy these were probably the best beds and linens and we did stay at 4 and 5 star hotels. Staff is great, hotel is beautiful and clean.

Located a block ( about 5-10 minute walk) from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, staff are amazing assisted us with all our requests during the stay. Most of Florence's famous visiting sites are located in a 2KM distance, if you don't want to walk there is a tram about two minutes from the property that you can take. Decent continental breakfast with eggs bacon and hot dog (cut into pieces), fresh bread and fruit, mini pancakes for the kids (they have to be patient they are tiny and take a minute for each one).
